Refund policy

At "Into The West" Western Furniture, we want you to love your purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, here's what you need to know about our return and exchange policy.

  • We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit for eligible items within seven days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you will be offered in-store credit.
  • Please note that all floor samples and sale items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or in-store credit.
  • To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team at hello@itwhome.com within seven days of the purchase date. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.
